Minor League Managers not updating rosters

I have noticed in recent seasons that my minor league managers are not updating the depth charts/pitching staffs and minor league ILs despite having the setting checked in manager settings. I was wondering if this has been an issue for anyone else or if there is a known solution to this.

I use those settings myself and don't think I've had it happen, at least not that I've noticed anyway. Have you tried changing them back to your control, simming a day, then re-enabling them?
