Trouble with Tournament line ups
Hey guys,
Does anybody have any advice on how to stop the ai from messing up my lineups and rosters for tournaments. I only play iron tournies but im fed up of going in and finding out my best cards are not even active or in the reserves. I set my lineups hit submit but when i go to check later my team has been messed up. It is getting a bit tedious having to keep setting up my lineups and then having them ignored. Sorry for the rant but any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Dave |

When you're in either the Set Rosters or Play Now sections of a tournament (i.e., you're inside the tournament rather than on the start or league screens), there will be a new button on the Roster Management screen under your team menu labeled Roster Import/Export. Once you've completely set up your tournament roster (including lineups, substitutions, pitching staff roles, plus global and player strategy settings), click on that button, select Export roster to file, choose a name, and save it.
Here's the catch. You now have to exit the tournament, go back into it, go to Roster Management, click Roster Import/Export again, and Import roster from file. Hit Submit Team. Your preferred roster settings will now "take" for this tournament. It should now also be your default roster for tournaments of this type (such as Q-Iron-Bo5), so you'll only have to do this the first time. Of course, if you make changes then you'll want to rerun this procedure to have the changes "take" for the next tournament entry and you'll want to monitor it periodically just in case. |

Thank you for such a quick response. That explains it brilliantly.
Thanks again Dave |
