PT Plus redeem key not working

I purchased Perfect Team Plus this morning like I do every 30 days but today for the first time, it doesn't recognize the Redeem Key. It's been about 90 minutes since my purchase so it feels like something went wrong. Usually when I go to do the Redeem Key it's basically immediate.

I looked up your purchase and the key was redeemed by your PT team at 13:47:21 UTC. Try to relog if the client is not showing the PT+ badge.
