League Transactions Not Working

We have been in an online league since 2015, and while seeing full league-wide transactions is working for guys in other leagues, it has not worked since we ported over from OOTP 23 in our league.

When I click on the complete transaction log (MLB-->Transactions-->Transactions News-->Complete Transaction List), all I see are moves my team made. Others have the same issue where they only see their league.

Can we please get some help to get this fixed? We start our offseason soon, and it is proving really difficult for us to keep up with what is happening around the league.

Any resolution here? I'm having the same issue with my online league.

This is still an issue for us now on OOTP 25. Making the situation worse, it's regressed to where once you click on a player who shows up on the team transaction page (which is working correctly and always has been), once you back out, the team transactions are blank again. I find I have to re-auto my organization, and then transactions will reappear, seemingly because they were redone. But once I click into a player profile, the transaction page is wiped clean again.

Here is our league file. We've had our league running since 2015, but have not had the league transactions working *any teams* since OOTP 23 and now we have this new issue happening to *all teams* with their team transactions page.
