Random Historical Players in Modern Game?

I've had a file with random players from throughout history, and it is one of my favorite ways to play. Is there a way to do this in a modern/standard game so I can have all the modern rules and enable automatic random evolution of the league?

Yes I second it for Draft only but stil get Fiftional guys in it to.
