What is the number next to the flag ?
When scrolling over the league standings, I see a flag and a number next to it. What is the number for ? Also I have seen different images there? Thanks

The image didn't come through but if the Yankees have the number 27, it's WS wins. It only becomes a number when it is more than some number and individual items can't be shown. Just a guess lacking an image...

Lansdowne is correct. Total World Series wins in team history.
The icons are the WS trophy and I think it displays 4 of them before they become truncated (displays number over icons) at 5+ |
