Ok guys, I am new to OOTP and you guys have made me feel real welcome. I do have some questions for the experts, though.

Is there any difference statistically in career and replay modes? I mean, I realize that in career modes, older players will start to drop off, but does this happen in replay modes? The reason why I ask is that I continually see good performers like Clemens, Brown, Schilling, etc. have very subpar seasons while using the 2003 rosters set on replay. Is there a way to fix this?

Is there a way to calculate the ratings based on their historical statistics? This may be a lot to ask of the programers, but it would be great if we could recalculate ratings based on the current statistics.

Also, does anyone have any advice/suggestions for increasing statistical accuracy to mimic 2003 performances? So far, I am using CBLcardinal's universe and find it to be the most accurate so far, but I was hoping to either fine tune it some more with your help or to find one more accurate as to 2003 for my replay league. Thanks in advance, fellas.
