Gotta offer some praise

I primarily only show up on these forums early in the release stage and complain about bugs and glitches haha. It's never been because I was trying to be a jerk. It's just been the nature of things. As someone who has worked in the technical service field his whole life, I know that when you aren't hearing from the customer it's because they are happy. When you do hear from them, it's because they have complaints. I know that it's a rarity when a customer reaches out specifically to offer praise. And that's how it's been with me on these forums over the last few years.

That being said, this years game has really been enjoyable. I haven't had any crashes yet (knock on wood). The visuals to the game look great and I haven't run into any glitches yet that have made for major problems. I know in last years game there were issues right after the release with computer operated teams burning through the 5 call-up limit immediately and the waiver wire getting a little goofy because of that. There were some draft class issues and then I personally had a crash issue that was related to photo files being used instead of auto-gen. All of those things made the game tough to play early on and by the time everything got patched up I had lost all of that early season "baseball buzz." This year the game has been running smooth, it looks great, and I haven't noticed anything that would hinder starting the sim from day 1 when that spring fever baseball buzz is still riding high........ So I just wanted to say, job well done to the developers. OOTP24 has been the best release in the last several years for me. Truly enjoying it.
