League Randomize Player Names is Global

Game Settings -> League Settings -> Select League -> Functions -> Other Functions -> Randomize Player Names is randomizing player names across all leagues, not just the one selected. Online manual states that it should only randomize player names in the selected league and its affiliates.

Just asking if this is a legitimate bug or intended functionality. I have a league that I want to import into 24 and change the names and nationalities of players after importing it. If it’s intended functionality it’s all good, I’d just like to know.

I think at the moment it is intended. We'll put it on the list to look at splitting it out and allowing a "league-only" option.

Thanks Matt! I only have the single use case for this one save file, so I don’t think it’s a needed feature if everything is working as intended. Appreciate the reply.

Yeah, it's worked this way for years, as long as I can remember really.

It was implemented before my time, so can't say for sure, but I guess this is working as intended and the manual is likely wrong.
