Question About Personality Traits

If I turn off these traits in my game, such as greed, leadership, play for a winner, etc., does this mean that the numbers in the players sql and csv file sunder these traits do not apply at all to my game? I ask because I expected to see zeroes, or nulls under these columns, because I turned them off, but every player still has varying numerical levels of these traits still applied to them in the file.

For example, if someone has a high greed number in the file, but greed is turned off in the game, does this mean the player's signability (hard, easy, etc.) is not at all affected by the number in the file, and thus his signability is basically applied randomly within the game?

If you turn them off the numbers are ignored.
