Contract negotiations amount buttons

Has anyone else noticed this when editing a salary in contract negotiations, if you hit the button too many times it changes the $ value? So if you hit + 1 million a few times it becomes + 10 million. I personally don't like this. I almost offered someone 60 million instead of 6 million.

Generally speaking at the "25M" mark it shifts up (ie. if the contract value is > 25M, then the big button will be 10M rather than 1M).

Trying to be dynamic is tough. Because if someone is negotiating in the 25M range, it's pretty useless to have a button at 1k or even 10k. But at the same time, yes, it can be a little jarring if you want to go from 24M to 28M expecting to hit the button 4 times...
