Players missing from draft

Good morning.
I scouted some players for the draft and once it starts I am sure some players vanish and can't be found on the name list. I am sure that many of the USNTDP players seem to disappear from the name list on draft day. Also Dmitri Simashev. Maybe I made a mistake but I'm sure he was on the list for the first few rounds but then I couldn't find him. I checked the draft list and nobody picked him omegle xender.
With the world juniors just happening I scouted all the players who should be eligible but on draft day they are not on the list of available players.
Maybe I am doing something wrong or have confused myself?
