Default Roster Import Screen

When you go to import a roster, the menu that pops up defaults to the \data\stats directory, instead of the particular save's import_export folder like previous versions.

Just following up to add that on the PC where I did not have a custom install location, this works like in previous versions. So it could be a custom install thing.
