Statement on Stamina Settings Issue

We heard reports throughout the week that stamina settings were inconsistently being set between leagues in Perfect Team. The team has investigated and confirmed the issue, and going forward, beginning with the start of league play on Monday, January 30, we will ensure the stamina settings are consistent between all PT leagues, and set to modern-day equivalents. This should allow most SP around the 110-120 range per game by default under normal circumstances. These changes will be made server-side automatically; there will be no game patch required.

Effect upon bullpen

I've noticed my bullpen is having fatigue issues now. Perhaps it's just the randomness at the season start. For example I can typically milk 104-112 innings out of Eckersley in a stopper role from seasons 2049-2059 but so far he is unable to maintain such a hectic pace (on track for 87 IP).

Edit: this is thru 5 full season of Diamond and 6 in Gold. Over 100 innings in all of the previous full seasons. Are there other long term changes to fatigue that players should be aware of?
Edit 2: My example is poor. He has good war and FIP but BABIP of .421. I'll chalk it up to randomness but my question about fatigue changes remain.
