Do Quickstarts retain league history?
Asking for my Japanese fictional baseball league - I'd love for my 1975 quickstart to include the history of all the teams since 1950 (the quickstart I just released). They could show in the record book, the hall of fame, the retired numbers, etc.
Is that a thing? Or are the quickstarts just snapshots of that exact moment in time? |

I believe so. My Indian and Egyptian Leagues do.

Yes. Quickstarts are essentially just a Saved game that you set up to be able to quickly share/start/re-start from that point.
If you were looking for the opposite and wanted to have the setup, but not the history then you would make a Template out of the league. |
