Install OOTP23 on new laptop

I've already purchased OOTP on my old laptop. Can I re-download the game on my new laptop without buying a new copy? if yes, how?

Yes, just download the same way as first time and use the same license number. It's good for 2 installs.

If you don't want the game on the old laptop, unlicense it so you can use the game on two PCs you own. You can also copy any saved games to the new laptop.
