Staff fired and rehired

Good morning. In my games there have been a couple of times where Head Coaches and GMs are fired and immediately rehired by the same team. It often happens with the Maple Leafs.

Can you upload a save where it happened? We get occasional reports of that happening, but haven't ever been able to replicate it in a test.

I am fairly new to the game but happy to help. How would I do this?

It happens quite reguarly for me and it normally is if the maple leafs fire their head coach or gm. The message says they are gone then the message above says they are rehired.
I think the save game I currently have going was the Head coach of Minnesota that this happened with.

I can make the file into the correct format but I cannot find the location to send to you. I followed the instructions but to no avail.

Upload the file to something like Dropbox.com and PM him the link.
