Player Photos Not Loading

After playing fictional historicals for a couple of years, I've gone back to regular historical sims. But while I've downloaded and installed a complete photopack in my OOTP Baseball 23\data\photos folder, the game will not load player photos by default.

Maybe this is because the photos are arranged in subfolders for players, coaches, umpires, etc. But I don't think that was ever a problem in previous versions of OOTP.

I've tried turning off Facegen, disabling fictional pictures, and using other settings, but the game still creates Facegen images for everyone on demand. The only way I can get player photos to appear is by assigning them manually. When I try to mass-update players to load their photos, that doesn't work either.

Could someone please post the complete settings and folder placement that I need in order for all photos to be loaded automatically for everyone when my saved game is created, with no Facegen images ever created at all?

This is odd to me, because I've seen other folks posting in the Bug Reports section, about the same thing happening with FaceGen. I've been a FaceGen guy for a long time now. I started out with photos, but wound up preferring the fact that the uniforms would change when a player changed teams.

I think I've got it, actually:

Take out the "data" part of your directions. So:

C:\Users\Admin\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 23\photos
