OOTP GO vs OOTP 22

Very awesome testing out OOTP GO, but a few things i see different than OOTP 22
you can just sit back and watch the game, you have to keep pressing continue, if another owner would log on will they be able to see the game i started?

also i dont want all games to simulate i want to watch 1 game at a time?
