IMPORTANT: Platinum Series 2 Cards Leaving Packs TODAY

A friendly reminder that Platinum Series 2 cards will be leaving packs today, Thursday, Oct. 6, at approximately 9 p.m. ET to coincide with the release of Platinum Series 3 on tonight's This Week in Perfect Team stream. Platinum Series 3 cards will enter packs at the end of the stream.

Platinum Series 2 will still be available in Perfect Drafts following their exit from packs.

Probably the 1 percentage lower than my chance of pulling a Topps card.

If they were to make that decision, the Discord server would become a very warm and toasty place. Pitchfork and torch concessions would be through the roof.

As a f2p that came back to their team about a week before series 1 cycled out, I just spent a big chunk (had to thin out my collection) completing it last week after I ran out of other missions to complete (besides the brooks one). Didn't really think I'd ever do it. I say that bc technically not all hope is lost if you want to complete it.

I thought it might be something that would be considered for the end of the cycle, after '24 comes out.

I've got a couple of packs-only teams on the go. They've both got a bunch of Platinum Series 1 and 2 cards, but obviously won't be completing the missions. I wanted to be sure before I sell anything.

As a side note, I really don't like that peak Babe is a Platinum card.

100% agree. It was difficult to get him in PT22, PT23 is near impossible.

That Babe is my favorite card in the game! Both of my favorite cards are probably Babe this year. That LE 58 overall has been a BEAST for me all year in iron tourneys. And now that Plat Series Babe is the bedrock of the squad. Loving the Babe Ruth's in PT23.

I see what you mean about it being a platinum, but I just love the actual card.

I should be able to pick one up before it's time in packs is done, but it's a bit mad to think there's gonna be about 18 months of PT23 without anyone being able to pull a peak Babe.
