Financial System
I started a historical league and right from the get go my player salaries have exceeded my budget, freezing me from making any trades/signings.

Is there a way to edit contracts or budgets to fix this? Or even to turn off financials if I have to? This is crippling my replay....

It is possible to turn off financials.

Though with it being historical you may have to also turn off auto adust option
