Using bench and relievers

I would like to have an option where players that aren't used often enough can get stale and there performance is reduced. This would make manager have to use there bench and relievers more. I think this should be an option like player fatigue is an option.

I am all for options and continued improvement in the game which should include all stats and analysis available in baseball ref.
I actually don't know if this true IRL???
Specialty pinch hitters 1 AB every 8 games??
I would guess if you have DEV on, younger players wont develop, so that is getting stale.
Not sure what happens with vets
