MLB tiebreaker not done correctly

I'm stimulating the 2022 MLB season using current rules. This year, there is supposed to be no game 163 to break ties. Rather, tiebreakers are supposed to be based first on the head-to-head record between the tied teams. But that's not what happened in my simulation with OOTP23.

As can be seen below, Toronto and LA Angels were tied in the wild card standings. But a game 163 was scheduled between the two teams, even though Toronto had the better head-to-head record and should have won the last wild card spot in this simulation.

***EDIT: I now see that in the league rules, the "break ties with tiebreaker game" box was checked. I assume this was the default. It should not have been.
