Doesn't remember me?

I have only one PT go account, so I click remember me at the login. But it doesn't remember me when I login again.

If you have two devices you use or play the desktop version for PT it will log you out of your other device. I had this happen last year and that is how I figured it out. If you only use one device then that’s probably an issue.

Yeah this is the reason. When you log into PT from desktop it'll log you out on mobile (since you can only be logged in one place at a time).
We're looking into it at least saving the username in the login field though

PT login still doesn't remember me with version 23.07.084008. Made sure I am not logged in on desktop version. I have to log into mobile every time.

Definitely not the reason. I only play on my iPad and it's a coin flip whether it remembers me or not.

I really hope this happens. I only play on the PC and frustrating that it "forgets" my name and password multiple times a week. Can't wait for this feature to be added.

Bumping this back to the top in hopes that it will be looked at. I play Go only on my iPad and it keeps me logged in maybe 10 percent of the time. It used to be about 50 percent until a few weeks ago, now it almost never remembers me. It's annoying to have to log in every time I want to check my PT team.

Hey all, we're gonna be having a client update (as well as a server update) coming out soon with some more fixes for the remember me. It may or may not be a complete fix, so please let me know and I'll grab more info from you guys if needed, very sorry for the inconvenience I know this is annoying
