Won a card for making 3/4 place but no way to check

I finished 3/4 in a tournament this week, and I was supposed to get a card of which I don't remember...how do I check expired tourneys to see what the card was? I can't remember if it was a bronze tourney or PD tourney.

How do I find out what I got and where can I research past tourneys?

Any help would be great.

I think I figured it out. Would be nice if it was a bit easier to find.
