What is a Choice Pack and why does it say I won one but its not available?

Can someone please tell me... what is a Choice Pack? And why does it say I won a choice pack but when I click on the icon it's not available?
Any help is appreciagted.
I cant find anything on these packs in the Manual or by searching videos and articles on the game.

As for your first point, Choice Packs are what people got for finishing in the Top 32 in today's Perfect Team Championship Series tournaments, allowing you to choose one card from a curated batch of 6 cards from a tier, depending on how you finished. Congratulations if you did get one.

However, we have had reports of issues with Choice Packs. We are working to resolve the reported issues regarding them, and we will be ensuring that all finalists who received those are made whole in terms of rewards.
