Errors when attempting to join online league

I am attempting to join an online league, and received a quick start code to get entered in. That part was successful, and once able I put the accountsdata_gm file into the settings folder under that saved game. (Using desktop version, and putting everything in the documents folder.) All I am getting is error messages when I try to either download a new file or export. Does anybody know what I am doing wrong? I haven't run into this with my couple other online leagues. Using the newest version of OOTP23 as of this morning. The couple pictures are the two error messages I am getting.

Have you tried toggling your FTP settings?

File > Online League > Online League FTP Settings

Try FYP mode on Active.

I have some leagues where I have to be on default every time to download and active to upload.

I did give that a shot, tried running on default, active and passive with no luck.

If your commissioner can’t help you with this, I wouldn’t trust him to run a league. This is simple stuff for someone that should know what they are doing.
