Hiring Coaches - Affiliate

Hello,

I am the GM for the Billings Mustangs, which is in the Pioneer League. Per the manual, I should be able to hire coaches, e.g. hitting coach. However, when I go to hire a hitting coach, it says the manager (which I am not) is hiring the coach.

Is there a setting I am missing?

Not necessarily, if you go to your team's front office, click strategy, then click your manager's name on the left and you should see a screen like this. If any of the dots are red that means your manager is not allowing you control to make the decision (including hiring staff)
