List of Default Team Names / Logos

So I've had OOTP Go! downloaded for a while...haven't actually gotten into it yet. Was playing around with it a bit trying to build a fictional league and noticed that several team names have logos attached and some don't and give just the default-loaded logos with the city's first letter on it and some generic background.

Does anyone have a list of what names have logos attached to them? I'd prefer all the teams in a fictional league to have actual logos since for me personally it helps with immersion. I've looked around and see if I could find a list with the default names, but I didn't. I also don't know if there's a correlation between the default names in OOTP Go! and OOTP 22 as the most recent version I've owned is OOTP 17. Thanks.
