The Cards led 11-9 when the game was postponed due to rain. Seven HR were hit. Clement gave up all 11 runs for the Cubs. Marrero had a severe ankle sprain chasing down a wind-blown flyball. Boy, if you watched it you know what a crazy game it was.

The washout saved Clement's ERA. It was going to go from just under 4 to about 5.75.
