Transferring Saves from Version to Version: Help With License Key

So today I had the bright idea of importing one of my old games from the OOTP 19 days to 23. This shouldn't be a problem because I have every version that I need. However, I am running into an issue when importing to OOTP 20, because I have used my two licenses for OOTP on two old computers that have since broken, so I can't deactivate, and now I can't activate the game on my current set-up. It wouldn't be an issue if there was a demo version for OOTP 20, but it looks like they stopped demos for OOTP 20 lol. I went back and found my license key for 20, so it's not an issue of having a lost key, and everything should be smooth going from 21 onwards, it's just this one hurdle.

So basically, is there any hope of me trying to import this game?

Given you have the license key, you should be set. Have you reached out to support@ootpdevelopments.com to see if they can release the OOTP20 key from the dead computers - thus allowing you to install 20 on the new one? That might be the most straight-forward and reliable way of moving forward.

OOTP20 was the first version without a demo but you could still import a league without licensing the game.

In other words, you don't need your key to complete the import process.

How? The only options I see when I start up the game are Purchase OOTP 20 Now, and Enter License Key. Everything else is grayed out.
This would be great though.

I'm sure I can also check with support too. I do think this was a different e-seller than the current one though, so idk if they can really do anything about it at this point.

Make sure that you have the most recent version of OOTP20. I tested an earlier version and didn't see the option like you but then I ran the last version (found here) and the option you want is down at the bottom.
