STLKyle Minors (Double A) Join Date: Jun 2009 Location: St. Louis Posts: 158	scouting effect on pitching and batters Does having a high or low scouting accuracy of an opposing pitcher in any way affect your batters going up against them? Or vice versa. Like would having excellent scouting give you any advantage in game? If not, sounds like a neat idea potentially.
