Very Quick and Stupid Question

Just downloaded and installed the latest patch...no problems with that but I can find (from the patch notes) where this setting is located:

"Fixed US Modern ethnicity disappearing (Note: existing games should reimport the world.xml [Settings, Database tab, Database Tools menu])".

Can somebody point me in the right direction? I tried settings on the opening screen and no luck there.
