OOTP 23 Patch (version 23.3.61) Released!

Important: This patch is only for OOTP 23 versions which were purchased directly from us or resellers who use our version. It is also available via the Steam client now and the Epic Store client soon.
It is NOT compatible with the Mac OSX AppStore version!

The public beta patch has been stable, so here is the latest patch launched officially, version 23.3.61.

Updated MLB quickstart (need to start new game for changes to apply)
Fixed US Modern ethnicity disappearing (Note: existing games should reimport the world.xml [Settings, Database tab, Database Tools menu]).
Fixed some substitution issues when using daily lineups
Fixed issues with historical minor league stats counting as MLB stats in historical games
Fixed issue with split season ties counting as losses
Fixed rare issue with cap textures changing in 3D play
Fixed historical minor league import
Fix for grey jerseys on FaceGen images
Tweaked player creation algorithms for fielding and avoid K ratings
Adjusted player development for speed and fielding
Adjusted engine balance on defensive impact on line drives
Fixed live start issues with minor leagues
Fixed issue where teams didn’t celebrate after walk off
Fixed bug with Association playoffs not advancing
Fixed rare bug with AS Game voting update causing crash
Fixed a bug with round robin playoffs
Adjusted some korean translations
Fixed some issues with Stuff rating on created players
Adjusted draft budget calculations
Fixed league allow two-way setting to disable player strategy options
Fixed new game crash when changing draft rounds

Live Start: fixed spring stats counting in player stats for custom date live starts
PT: added buy/sell order information to expanded card information
PT: added position information to card shop CSV export
PT: Fixed PP coin counter not updating on buy orders. Fixed card not appearing when canceling a sell order or receiving a card from a buy order
PT: Enabled regex search in card shop
PT: Improved duplicate recognition in player lists (when filter by orig/duplicate)
PT: Managers & rankings screen fixed
Several other small bug fixes


This patch is compatible with the previous patch for online leagues - exports will work between versions.

Update Info for our webstore customers: If you used the public beta there is no need to install this update, it's identical. Otherwise, to apply the update, simply download the setup file and install it over your current installation. There is no need to uninstall or unlicense your current copy! However, you should quit the game before installing it, of course. Updates always contain all the changes from previous updates. Saved games are compatible between different versions.
