I can't find the button to withdraw from a partially filled tournament

I entered by mistake, and can no longer get to the tournament screen that shows all the teams entered, the prize structure, and has a withdraw button.

There is no "+" next to the tournament name to expand the screen?

The problem was that I couldn't find the tournament in the listings. I had to search "accepting teams only" to find it. But that glorious little + sign was right there!
