Cannot buy a specific card

It is not letting me buy this specific card. Konnor Pilkington Live CLE 2022. I have enough PP. It's selling for 100pp right now, and I can create a buy order for 99pp, but I cannot "buy now" or submit a buy order high enough.

I can buy other cards, including other cards in the same mission.

I have tried restarting OOTP.

I can complete the mission with other cards so it's not the end of the world, just very odd.

This has happened to me as well. It states that I do not have enough PP, but clearly I do. I have no problem purchasing a more. expensive card but the cheaper card it does not let me.

Same thing and same card with me and he's the last card I need to complete a mission.
