Game crashes when trying to use "Customize Team" tab

If Im on the Team Overview screen and I click on the "Customize Team" tab the process starts and then after about 3 seconds the game crashes.

For you or anyone else seeing this, can you turn on debug mode and get us a trace file from after the game crashes (but before you log back in again)? Thanks!

i submitted a trace & never got a response, either

for what it's worth

i deleted it off my server after a week or so

Sorry to hear that, I was off due to corona. May I ask you to create a new trace file as we've fixed some other issues in recent builds?

Thanks for the trace files.
So when a crash appears the game just shuts down or do you get an error message?
Unfortunatelly there is no error message at the end of the trace file.

I assume that the crash happens when opening the color dialog in the Perfect Team game?

I see that facegen is disabled for that run. Have you diabled it in the settings? If not, this might be the problem (or at least a hint).
However, when I diactivate facegen on my system I can't reproduce the crash yet.

We have a new version out today (23.3.61). It contain several bug fixes. Can you try it out?

It just crashed out, no error message displayed.

I just reset my settings to (what I believe) was default.

I had Facegen disabled in the settings. I re-enabled it and now the 'customize team' works.

... my guess would be that is what fixed it (it needs to be loaded since on the landing page it actually shows the uniforms on a generated face?)

Now I can reproduce the crash.
Glad to hear that it works with enabled Facegen, but it should also work without it.
We will fix it.

That bug is now fixed and the fix will be available in the version.
Now you can disable facegen and the game will not crash when opening uniforms dialog.
