I am getting strange financial outcomes in 23? In a standard MLB game and all but two teams are over budget significantly (>20-30mil) The year is now 2029 and Free Agents are signing to teams with no budget space for over 20 mil p/a. When compared with a 22 save of mine with the same league settings and 2030 20 more teams have budget room some even have 20 or 30 mil to play with.

Not sure if this really counts as a bug but just strikes me as odd.

All the teams over budget makes it impossible to trade
teams being able to sign FA's over budget makes the marketplace competition feel extra artificial

Would love any feedback or thoughts.
