TLG Seeks 2 GMs - Opening Day 2026! (Realistic League)

Hi all!

The League (TLG) is seeking 2 GMs as we move into Opening Day 2026. We started as a 2020 league in OOTP21, and operate as a realistic league similar to MLB and have continued with a very strong core group of GMs into OOTP22. We welcome both veterans and people new to online leagues! The teams we are looking to fill are:

San Diego Padres (89-73): The Padres are historically one of the better teams in TLG, they just so happen to be in the historically hardest division to win. They're currently anchored by a fantastic infield, some good OFs, and fantastic young pitching.
Montreal Expos (91-71): A perennial playoff team, and the former Rays, the Expos are continually one of the best teams in TLG. They share a division with the Red Sox, which are at the tail end of a historic dynasty. The roster has continually performed, and a new GM should be able to hop right in and compete. EDIT: Expos have been taken!
Cleveland Guardians: A team coming out of their rebuild in the worst overall division in TLG. The Guardians have some very young players with a lot of promise, a top10 prospect, and numerous players that look to contribute for years to come.

Other TLG stuff:

Communication - Slack
Sim: daily, 7 days in game, typically around 6-7pm - live RTS sims during the regular season. Some twitch games are broadcast during the playoffs.
Overall + Potential scouting is OFF. Universal DH!
Podcast with guest hosts, welcomes new voices!
Expanded playoffs! 3 WC teams.
Prospects drafted in the 10th round or later can be renamed
Very active for writing, stats, research
We're global, have players from NA, EU, and Asia!

As of 2/4/2022, both the Padres and Guardians are open!

The Guardians are a super exciting team as they have one of the best young prospects in baseball, and are coming out of their rebuild currently. If interested in either, dont hesitate to reach out!
