Duplicate and disappearing starter packs

Opened my 1st pack and had to exit the game, those 6 cards never came back. Then of the next 5 packs I think 4 of them were exactly the same, but it didn't give me duplicates, so I've ended up with 14 players not 30?
Did the players refuse to join my team????

To add to the above, now i've opened all the extra gold packs it won't let me into the game. It's telling me to open my starter packs, but they aren't there to open.
So I'm stuck, any ideas how I continue???

I had the exact same issue - I tried buying a new pack and was able to see my roster, so even though the packs appeared to be the same players over and over, my roster ended up with different players. However, I'm unable to submit a team - it's telling me to "Open Your Packs!" although I have none left to open.

Same here. Does anyone know how to put in a support ticket?

If you received blank cards in your starter pack, please email support@ootpdevelopments.com with your username and information, and we will look to correct the issues.
