Fixing MLB

using OOTP 2021 I started a standard game with all world leagues and then moved this game into OOTP2022
cannot use 2022 directly because it incorporates the stupid crap MLB pulled concerning MiLB so F that noise
and now into OOTP23.

Then I cleaned things up and leveled this out at least as far as minors are concerned. Did Not Touch MLB
Every team gets one and only one AAA, AA, A+, A, A-, R, GCL & DSL MiLB team. I set roster and age limmits as follows:
AAA 28, AA 28, A+ 28, A 30, A- 30, R 30 & 5 year pro service limit, GCL 40 & 24 age limit, DSL 40 & 20 age limit

I had to add fictionalized Northern League A-. Found logos and changed affiliations to make it work.
I had to add fictionalized Arizona League R. Found logos and changed affiliations to make it work.

Equalized games for DSL & GCL at 72 each by moving up GCL start date.

In moving MiLB affiliations I Δ'd whole team rosters around as appropiate but deleted no players. Some MLB GMs will have some
MiLB roster work ahead of them. I will only intervene if necessary and then only as little as necesary

I deleted the WBC clone in OOTP. I will add WBC later but I have extensive tournament plans for this starting with the
completely imaginary America's Cup. A 34 team tournament played annually in November open to all players where players
'often' decline invitation.

All foreign leagues included & all have logos including team logos.

My first thoughts in Fixing MLB is implementing a hard salary CAP with revenue sharing... I would be curious as to what others think that would look like in OOTP

I have tried and some teams just do not comply.

Clearly I am doing it wrong
