Lost 66 packs when OOTP crashed

I had 66 player card packs ready to be open. Selected one of the cards and the game crashed. When I went back into the game all the packs were gone. I later found out that the packs were opened and I had a lot of 100-rated cards listed as inactive.

For anyone seeing crashing on pack opening, can you please turn on debug mode in OOTP and then send us a copy of the trace file that's generated after a crash (but before you restart OOTP).

Also, what type of pack opening settings do you use? Which opening speed? Click between open etc?
