Anyone have pitcher creation issues (modifiers)?

In a league, even with 1.35 for all the pitching modifiers, I am getting hardly any high ceiling young players in the draft or FA. Hitters the modifier is working perfect, just wondering if anyone else had this? Thanks,

I still can't create any decent pitchers, tried several new seasons. Has anyone noticed the creation modifier doesn't work for pitchers? Even tried low/high modifiers.

Can you describe your league a little bit?

If you are using the MLB Quickstart there are usually a bunch of "pre-seeded" real-life prospects for the next 3-4 years, so your settings likely wouldn't have much affect until you have moved that far into the future.

I went up to 10 years. Modifier works for hitters, not for pitchers. Try yourself and let me know if it works for you

I tried 4 different starts.

i am actually having the exact opposite issue i got three years out and i have a draft pool stocked with elite mlb ready college pitchers

The MLB ready part is a bug that will be fixed next patch.

But whether the league generates good pitchers or hitters etc just goes in cycles and can depend on different factors. So it's likely not an issue if some draft classes are more stocked one way than another.

sounds good thank you guys for killing it again this year.. you guys are the best developers iv come across for quickly fixing bugs
