Roster size
In the past, I've always been able to change the Active Roster Size to anything I wanted, but now it seems to be frozen at 40 no matter what I do. I CAN change, however, the other roster number options. Anyone else have this problem? (I disabled the 26-man default setting before I set up my season.)

Should be under Game Settings>League Settings and then Rules... is it grayed out for you? Left side upper middle

There is a new Expanded Roster option for the beginning of the season that might be confusing you?
In the example Landsdowne provided the current roster size will be 28 because it is before May 1st. |

No, I know where to find it, and it's not grayed out. It's just that no matter what number I choose, that number is listed as active roster size. . . but when I go to my team's roster (and the rosters of all other teams), it still shows the active roster size as 40. IOW, the number I choose (in this case 35) is not registering. And that has never happened in all the years I've played OOTP.
