How to stop players from constantly switching from reliever to starter and back?

This is not a new issue for 23, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to make the AI more realistic when it comes to pitcher roles. I've noticed that frequently, players will move back and forth between starting and relief roles within the season. Sometimes, you even see minor league relievers being brought up to start. All of these players have the stamina to start, but this type of depth chart move is fairly rare in real baseball (especially at the major league level) and when it does happen, the pitcher will have their pitch count ramped up over time rather than throwing 100 pitchers after being a middle reliever for months, as can happen in the game. This is super common in ootp, if you look at the team stats, you will undoubtedly find multiple examples on any team.
