Can't preorder 23

Whenever I try to pre-order I get this message.
An unexpected error occurred, and we are not currently able to accept payment.
I had just ordered another product through FastSpring with no issues.
Is anyone else having this issue?

Two things:

1. Are you using an ad blocker? You'd probably expect that to fail any time you opened a Fastspring payment page but maybe there's some keyword that the OOTP page is using that's triggering it.

1a. Your antivirus software could also be kicking in depending on how it's set.

1b. Also if you happen to have a VPN turned on, sometimes that can mess with web apps that have to call other APIs.

2. Press F12 in Chrome to open the Developer Tools and look at the Console to see what if any error is there. If you're not a developer that's probably not going to make any sense but sometimes it can give you insight (like, it might kind of more or less tell you if it can't call some API or other because of an ad blocker).

Using edge, just a lot of purple and green.

OK sorry I'm sure there are nuggets to be had from Edge but I don't ever use it (I'm even a web developer and we just plain don't design to Edge) so I can't really speak to what you ought to be looking for.
