Can't Advance; Quickstart Issue?

I started from a Quickstart and for some reason even when I take all negative budget options and am in the clear financially it won't let the game advance to the next day from July 1. It gets stuck like it would when there is a financial error, but there isn't one.

It's up as 'QuickBudgetError.zip'.

I even restarted it from the Quickstart again and it still wouldn't work. I uploaded the Quickstart I'm using as 'Quickstart.Orig' as well if you want/need to check it out.

Definitely something wrong there, if I try to advance it using play to next day it's crashing. We're going to have to take a closer look at this one, my guess is something's off with the financial data but it's not showing the correct on-screen values.
