All-star game duplicate selection if settings are changed - Please see uploaded league and details

Game setting:
- Version: 22.12 Build 89 (latest on Steam)

League file uploaded as:
all_star_game_glitch_01.lg.zip

Way to review a currently selected all-star player:
- View Terry Pendleton in Atlanta (he is selected for 1992)

Way to reproduce:
1) Open the save
2) Go to [League settings] > [Options]
3) Click "Hold All-Star Prospects Game"
4) Finish today
5) On the next day, view Terry Pendleton in Atlanta (he'll be selected twice for the all-star game)

(*) It doesn't only happen for Terry Pendleton. It seems to happen for multiple players.
