Finding Real Player's Name

My team has signed a player named E. Lancaster. In the real world he played on season of AA ball. His historical minor league ID, according to OOTP, is lancas001e--. What's the best way to find out his full name? I looked on baseball reference but they don't seem to have an E. Lancaster. I want to give him a real name if he sticks around. His name is going to be Earl for now.

Thanks, at least now we have a middle initial. How exactly did you find him? I just Lancaster in the search box but it only found Les Lancaster.

The minor league ID (lancas001e--) is used by bbref, so you can search directly by that.

I think I'll just call him E.H. That's close enough to a first name.
