Can I get some live start help please

So I am trying to start a new league using the live league feature for updated roster purposes. Seems to be that everytime I start it as it loads it gets to the transactions updated and once it hits 100% the game closes . Then i go into the game and have to do it again and same thing happens

Any idea why?

I have updated all drives and such even **** off 3d. Everytime same issue 100% transactioned updated and crashes.

NOt sure if this will help anyone help me but I can start any oher standard game, historic game. every option in the game works BUT the Live Start

It alwways crashes when it gets to between 80 and 100% of updating transactions and says Program ootp 64x has stopped working.

Can you run the live start with tracing enabled, and send the trace file? That might help us figure out what is going on.

The other option is before running the live start, make sure to clear out the old live start folder. We cache some files there, so if you go to the settings menu on the entry screen, the troubleshooting tab has a couple links to live start data, to either clear it or open the folder. I'd suggest going through there in case there's an issue with one of the files on there.

Tried clearing live data, no help.
